G’day, I’m Andrew Nacsa, the Academy’s Chief Flight Instructor. I look forward to sharing with you my wealth of knowledge gained from many years in general aviation and supporting you to achieve your flying objectives in the Academy’s safe, supportive and professional training environment.
Are you looking to advance your career as a flight instructor? The Airline Academy of Australia is always looking for motivated aviation professionals to ensure the continuing success of our organisation. Each instructor is responsible for:
- Delivering a high standard of instruction to students encompassing briefing, simulation and flying.
- Managing a small group of students and their progression through the course.
- Adhering to the company operation procedures and aviation regulations.
The Academy recruits our instructors based on merit, motivation, experience and the necessary skills to complete the job. We are accepting expressions of interest from pilots looking to join the team who hold a minimum of:
- Australian CPL(A)
- Grade 3 Instructor rating
- Previous training experience in Cessnas (G1000 equipped) is desirable
The Airline Academy operates both formal class ground-school and individual / small group lessons, briefs and tutorials from BAK through to ATPL. We always welcome expressions of interest from potential ground instructors. If you have had previous ground instructional experience, we would like to hear from you.
